Job summary
The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager for the Latin America and Caribbean markets, based in the United States. You will drive sales, manage distributors, and coordinate product lines across Commercial Golf, irrigation, and related parts, with a strong emphasis on growth within the turf industry.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of sales and marketing leadership, advanced Spanish, and proven P&L management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
- 10+ years of sales & marketing experience with multiple distribution channels.
- Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
- Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve growth in LATAM/Caribbean.
- Lead distributor relationships and coach sales staff across regions.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual sales projections for product groups.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive market development strategies.
- Provide leadership and direction to regional sales teams and partners.
