Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Regional Business Manager responsible for achieving sales and profitability in Latin America and the Caribbean. You will work with distributors, manage product plans for commercial golf, irrigation, and related parts, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Fluency in Spanish and 10+ years of sales/marketing experience are required. Ideal candidates will develop market strategies, support distributors, and lead regional teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls across multiple distribution channels.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop product knowledge and competitive insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional sales presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment with the sales team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Lead mid-year and end-year reviews for team members.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections for product groups.
• Identify new market opportunities and coordinate distributor development and support.
• Provide technical sales support and stay current on turf industry trends.
• Lead and align regional teams with goals, policies, and strategies.
