The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability in Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop and implement sales plans, manage a regional team, and work with distributors to grow market share in golf, turf, and irrigation product lines.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in business/marketing, MBA preferred, and 10+ years in sales/marketing with multiple channels, plus strong Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience with multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales plans per business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Complete mid-year and end-of-year reviews for team members.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for product groups.
• Identify new business opportunities focusing on market segments.
• Coordinate resolution of field issues with Customer Care; provide technical sales support.
• Lead region's sales team and cross-functional partners.
• Travel approximately 50%.
