Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex tax situations while growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing support, and building sustainable relationships. On-site, part-time, 20+ hours weekly with a fixed base pay range in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, Sundays-Saturdays; front-facing retail role.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
