Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support while engaging the local community and growing client relationships.

As a front-facing tax professional, you will leverage your expertise to simplify complex tax scenarios, assist with deductions, and deliver excellent service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses or certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday to Saturday, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
