Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and connect with customers to build lasting relationships while leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools.

The role emphasizes proactive community engagement, local client growth, and a client-first approach in a front-facing retail environment, with a strong pay-for-performance compensation

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related licenses/permits.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, supporting clients in person.
