Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

The role emphasizes client engagement, local outreach, and building long-term relationships within the community. Candidates will provide hands-on tax services, assist with deductions, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit marketing and software tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professionals with deep tax knowledge and practice experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax retail location, 20+ hours/week.
• Experience with tax software and client communication in a retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare full-service tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Provide tax advice and planning tailored to individual and small-business needs.
• Support local marketing efforts and attract new clients in the community.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
