Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will apply tax expertise to prepare returns, offer tax advice, and build trusted relationships with local clients.

The role emphasizes community engagement, driving client growth, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
• Engage in local marketing activities and help grow the client base with support from TurboTax.
