Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while helping grow the local client base and fostering community trust. You will work on-site, represent TurboTax in the community, and leverage marketing resources to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week at TurboTax location.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and planning opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist in local marketing and community outreach to grow the client base.
