Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including Illinois.

You will provide in-person tax services, grow your client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing the TurboTax brand in the community. The role is non-exempt, part-time, requiring 20+ hours per week, and involves advising clients, preparing returns, and coordinating with local marketing efforts to build lasting

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ federal/state 1040s) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week including weekends.
• Willingness to build local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and build trust with the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow the client base and drive long-term customer relationships.
