Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trust and long-term relationships with clients in the local community. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer service, local marketing collaboration, and growing the TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and planning opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships in the community.
