Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to help clients achieve favorable outcomes.

The role emphasizes community engagement, prospecting local clients, and building lasting relationships while delivering an excellent customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certificates, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Build local relationships and grow client base through community engagement.
