Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and community presence.

The role emphasizes on-site work, exceptional customer service, and a proactive community ambassador mindset, with opportunities to grow within the TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess/state licenses, certificates, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns (30+ per season) using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, including Sundays.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a pro-active community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with prospects and convert them into recurring clients using local marketing.
