Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a loyal local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing participation, and a warm, professional customer experience. Candidates must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work onsite.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold/state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite Sundays–Saturdays for 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online tax presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools.
• Address client inquiries while helping overcome tax-related challenges.
