Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, connecting with customers to build long-term relationships and drive local growth in alignment with Intuit’s mission to power prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing hands-on tax return preparation and advice.
• Engage with customers in-person to grow TurboTax client base.
• Use TurboTax software to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and drive local marketing efforts.
