Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to support customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax knowledge with community engagement, empowering clients to reach positive financial outcomes while representing Intuit’s mission.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, offer tailored tax advice, and provide software support. The role emphasizes growing the local client base through outreach and trusted, long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• PTIN registration required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.
• Familiarity with tax regulations (Circular 230) preferred.
• Comfortable in a front-facing retail environment, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
