Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role emphasizes community engagement, forming long-term relationships, and leveraging TurboTax marketing tools. A valid tax license and PTIN are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States; willing to work in a front-facing retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting them to long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building trust and repeat business within the community.
