Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive ambassador and community fixture.
• Provide hand-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers across personal and business returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients in a retail setting.
