Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted tax advisor, delivering in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to clients in the local community.

The role emphasizes growing the TurboTax client base, providing personalized service, and building long-term relationships while representing TurboTax in local marketing efforts and community events.

Qualifications

• Must have an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Ability to file simple to complex returns using professional software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and related tax rules.
• Available to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote TurboTax locally as a trusted advisor and build a client base in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer proactive tax planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
