Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person while growing the local client base and delivering excellent service.

This role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence. You will engage with prospects, convert leads, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to expand Intuit’s community footprint.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and building a local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and trust, connecting with clients to build long-term relationships.
