Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax situations with personalized service. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and participate in local marketing efforts while upholding Intuit’s standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license is preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to build long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
