Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base and building trust in the community.

You’ll join a collaborative team of financial experts and leverage TurboTax marketing support to develop a thriving local business with growth opportunities and strong customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead with TurboTax in local marketing to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Use government sites and team resources to deliver accurate tax solutions.
