Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person clients with tax preparation and advice. You will engage with prospects, convert them into long-term clients, and support local marketing initiatives while leveraging Intuit’s tools to drive growth.

The role requires tax credentials, on-site presence, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and cultivating client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for simple to complex returns.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help build long-term client loyalty.
