The role emphasizes client engagement, trust-building, and growing the TurboTax client base, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license is required (or equivalent).
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation for TurboTax customers including simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver tax advice, calculations, and software support to clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Build local community relationships and contribute to marketing efforts.
