Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver hands‑on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow your client base. The role emphasizes building long‑term client relationships, providing a high‑quality customer experience, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver accurate, accessible tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes and related state licenses as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community, attract new clients, establish long-term relationships, and drive customer loyalty.
