Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax knowledge to tailor solutions to each unique situation. You’ll also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and partner with TurboTax marketing to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships through local marketing and community engagement.
