Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to guide customers through their tax needs and build local relationships. This role emphasizes community engagement, local outreach, and a strong customer service mindset, with pay and benefits under Intuit’s retail program.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have an active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at TurboTax locations.
• Flexibility to work Sundays–Saturdays, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
