Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing your local client base and building trusted relationships.

Responsibilities include engaging with prospects, educating customers about tax options, and delivering a best-in-class experience in a front-facing retail setting. Onsite presence and a strong tax background are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/per...
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax preparation processes.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients through in-person and virtual interactions.
