Intuit, Inc. is seeking energized TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office
• Willing to complete all required training and development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience
• Build long-term client relationships and trust in the local community
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually
