Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare tax returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Role emphasizes deep client relationships, community outreach, and delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual customers.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
