Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks energized TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax expertise and community engagement.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit support, while growing your local client base and delivering exceptional customer experiences year-round.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit tax services.
