Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide timely tax advice, and coordinate with a broad team to address complex client needs.

You will grow the local business, engage communities with financial literacy events, and connect clients to Intuit's ecosystem of services. This role emphasizes customer-first service, ongoing training, and a strong local presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to upskill into other service areas with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear provided uniform and be usable for advertising.
• Interest in building local/online presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients.
• Support clients with simple to complex tax situations and reviews.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists for end-to-end service.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance across channels.
