Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, engage with clients in-person and virtually, and act as the bridge to a broader Intuit team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. The role emphasizes a local growth mindset, community engagement, and delivering a seamless client experience with access to marketing and product tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with Intuit training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week; hours may peak during tax season.
• Willing to train and follow company compliance and development requirements; uniforms provided; may be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory recommended.

Responsibilities
