Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients using TurboTax software in person and virtually.

You will build local relationships, drive community engagement, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. This role emphasizes service, accuracy, and a proactive, growth-minded approach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid 1040 returns prepared per season using professional software.
• Upskilling into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services when appropriate.
• Build lasting relationships and ensure a full-spectrum financial picture.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
