Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit support for personal and business taxes. You will grow the local client base, act as a community ambassador, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business; training requirements may change.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax‑related content for the community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business taxes.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
