Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients in-person and virtually while collaborating with business tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory teams. You will also act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and leverage marketing tools to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required
• 3+ years preparing 1040 federal and state returns
• Experience with tax software and TurboTax platform
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory
• Onsite role with 20+ hours per week
• Uphold compliance and professional standards

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high-quality client experiences
