Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end support.

This role emphasizes local community growth, cross-team collaboration, and building lasting client relationships through events, outreach, and ongoing tax guidance.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide future tax planning advice.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience through cross-team collaboration.
