Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support software tools while engaging the local community.

As a trusted advisor, you will connect clients with a broader team covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial services, growing local business and fostering lasting client relationships through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 1040s (federal and state) with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location (min 20 hours/week).
• Open to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Able to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising using your name.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Provide expert tax advice and software support to clients in person and virtually.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions.
