Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week; training and proficiency upskilling may be required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as a community ambassador for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver a first-rate customer experience and build long-term relationships based on trust and results.
• Participate in local marketing efforts and maintain a professional, helpful presence in the community.
