Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a California location. You will provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for clients while growing a local client base and partnering with a broader team of specialists.

You’ll help clients navigate personal and business tax needs, connect them to Intuit solutions, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a collaborative, community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite role with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; name/photo used for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience from onboarding to follow-up.
• Support clients via in-person meetings and Intuit video tools.
