Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in our new California location. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving on-site and virtual clients while building lasting relationships in the local community.

This role emphasizes ownership of client outcomes, collaboration with tax professionals across the Intuit ecosystem, and growing the local client base through outreach and events.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s with professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location and participate in training.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
