Job summary

Intuit Inc. in California seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, serve clients in person and virtually, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering stellar customer experiences. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season and familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide future tax planning advice.
• Build local growth by outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
