Job summary

Intuit in California is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to be onsite, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and businesses. You will work with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions and deliver confident advice.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. A strong customer experience and tax compliance are core expectations.

Qualifications

Strong tax preparation experience across personal and business taxes.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
Must reside in the United States and work onsite.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for the future.
Act as a local ambassador, grow the client base through outreach and events.
Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams for a full client solution.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and compliant service.
