Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join our on-site team in California. You will provide hands-on tax prep, tax advice, and software support for personal and small-business clients, while growing a local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

As a trusted advisor, you will work with a team of specialists to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. This role requires US residency and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base and relationships through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with tax specialists for integrated service delivery (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an outstanding, on-site customer experience both in person and via virtual channels.
