Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at an on-site TurboTax location in California. You will build long-term client relationships, collaborate with specialists, and help grow the local client base through community outreach and referrals.

The role emphasizes full-service tax coverage, early tax-season availability, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and have name/picture used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local growth via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to related services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
• Deliver professional, empathetic service to help clients achieve financial goals.
