Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This on-site role delivers tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients with a full Intuit ecosystem of services.

You will work in a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual customers, and actively grow the local client base through outreach and events, building long-term, trust-based relationships with community members.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns/season) using pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with tax planning.
