Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams in California, providing full‑service tax return preparation and expert guidance. You will work closely with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for individuals and small businesses, while growing local client relationships.

Responsibilities include educating clients, leveraging Intuit resources, and driving local market growth through community engagement and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local growth through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver an end-to-end, best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing tools to grow local TurboTax client base and brand presence.
