Intuit seeks Tax-Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax location. You will also grow the client base through community outreach and cross-sell Intuit services, while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Onsite roles require availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with at least 20 hours per week. A strong tax background and PTIN are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation for 30+ returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week during standard hours.
