Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for both personal and business clients, while also expanding the local client base and connecting clients with broader Intuit services.

Role emphasizes community presence, end-to-end service, and year-round support with Intuit resources. Onsite, non-exempt position with flexible hours to cover peak periods.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.)
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time
• Must reside within the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business), including deductions, amendments, and planning
• Act as a community ambassador to build local client base through outreach and events
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals
