Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing tax expertise and full–service tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. You will act as a local ambassador, growing the client base and connecting customers to Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Role requires on-site presence, strong tax credentials, and a customer‑first mindset; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive compensation is offered with pay ranges by location.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes in the U.S.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Willing to grow into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll).
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax prep for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem and related services.
• Deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer experience.
